Tong Seng. This is a spicy mutton soup, best eaten with white rice. Many people here are not aqainted with this dish but it is fucking awesome. It was served piping hot and went down really well in the cold Puncak weather. In Jakarta the best one I have had is near the big mosque in Menteng.
