Supermarket Aligator

Here is somthing you dont see everyday, a crodile at the Metro Soermarket in Guangzhou. They eat loads of freaky stuff here in China but I have not seen crocodile on the menu anywhere. I have acttually had a croc steak beofre though, in Ghana. And it was not half bad really. It was served with a creamy garlic sauce and the texture of the meat was kind of like a mixture of prk and fish. It flaked but it was more tough than fish. I had bever seen a croc chopped up and laid out on ice like that though.
