You may have tried steamed dumplings and even fried dumplings, or dumplings in a very crispy shell, and dumplings coated in bread. You may have come across steamed dumplings filled with pork, fried dumplings with chicken in them, or crispy won tons with vegetables in them. In India they have a something similar to a fried dumpling called a Sambosa with potatoes in them. In Ghana we wrap the meat in flour and call them meat pies. Some are spicy, and other varieties are savory. But never ever, ever ever, ever ever ever ever, have you had an Egg Dumpling… And god damn, slap me silly, these little foggers are abso-fuckin-lootly delicious!
